Taking a look at the 60 day chart for Coach Inc, stock ticker COH it looks like Coach is now a good buy. I think right now is the time for me to get in, however I do recommend that you do your own research and read my disclaimer.
Coach’s stock price hit a high of $54 back in April 20th, now it is trading just around $47, and looks like it my break lower to about $46.30. It is 13% down from its share price high. Anywhere between that range I will move in with some ITM (In The Money) call option contracts.
I will buy in with Jan 08 Call contracts or LEAPs with a strike price of $45. I am assuming that Coach Inc. (COH) share price will reach well over $45 by January of 2008 which it should.
Coach has just recently expanded their business to China, and given time this should prove to be a profitable move. We will see. Coach Inc. (COH) will report their earnings on August 7, 2007. Just about 30 trading days away. I will post the results when I close this position.
