Opened Position on HXD – Horizons BetaPro S&P/TSX 60 Bear Plus ETF

TSX Toronto Stock Exchange March 25, 2011 Chart
About 2 weeks ago I posted about entering a possible in HXD-TO the Horizons BetaPro S&P/TSX 60 Bear Plus ETF. Well, about a week ago I opened a position in HXD-TO. The Toronto Stock Exchange peaked at around 14,500 where the arrow is on the chart above, however this then it has had trouble reaching that level.

Now, I may be wrong all of sudden the economy might get way way better than it is and the TSX might shoot up to 15,000, but in my personal opinion (do your own diligence) it won’t because it will follow the DOW or S&P and the situation with the fundamentals of economy in the United States is not getting any better, despite teh propaganda mainstream media machine telling that all is well and the future is looking bright.

I am looking at the TSX (Toronto Stock Exchange) to hit 11,500 to 12,000 level by the end of a 2 year time-frame.

I entered the HXD-TO trade at $8.46 per share, today it is trading at $8.10. This is a medium to long term trade as the economies around the world, slowly deteriorate…so within 6 months to 2 years the economic landscape around the world is going to look a lot different.
