Meteor Outburst Forecast in October

Draconid Meteor Shower

Apparently Draconid meteor shower happen every October, but are usually quite weak to see. However, this October 8th there will be a meteor shower that is larger in scale than previous events. Meteorologist say that the coming meteor shower event will pose risk to orbiting space crafts around earth.

My question is, how close to earth are these meteors going to be to earth?
