Even American citizen’s can read between the lines. This so called warning is just a way to scare the world, saying the Chinese “boogey man” is coming. The real Anglo/Euro/American white colonial influence is still in Africa and they have destroyed Africa over the last 100 years. No one can dispute that .
This investment by China is not anywhere as detrimental, unequal or violent as when the European colonized and raped Africa of its resources. Ask yourself this question, did China have black slaves working in the cotton fields? The answer is “NO”
But Britain and America did, and they benefited from the blood and sweat of African slaves.
What Hillary Clinton and the U.S.A / West is doing is simply spreading propaganda, trying desperately to make the world think that China is the colonialist, while history has shown and as it is true today ,the West (Europe and America) still have colonies all over the world. This is fact , just Google the term “British colonies”, “American colonies” and “European colonies” and you will see that the truth.
