This post is about a recent inkjet cartridge order I placed with 123inkjets.com.  A few weeks ago I placed an order for 12 replacement Epson ink cartridges which were the remanufactured kind.  Basically I ordered 3 of each color (Black, Magenta, Yellow and Blue), and I chose the non-OEM remanufactured ink cartridges because:

A. They are recycled, so I am helping the environment somewhat. 

B. They are way cheaper than original Epson ink cartridges. If you buy 3 it cost only $5.95 USD each as opposed to buying the original Epson here for about $15 CAD.

C. The print quality is pretty much the same as the original, except don’t dry as fast. “No bigga dealaa” as the italian’s would say.

Anyway, about 10 business days went by and my order still had not arrived. So I went online to www.123inkjets.com and did some order tracking, which took me to the UPS website.  The UPS results for my order number showed that my 12 inkjet cartridge order was delivered and received by customer in Aiken, SC.  Huh?? That’s Aiken, South Carolina……WTF?

I’m here in Ontario, Canada and UPS shipping screwed up big.  So I called 123inkjets.com and talked to a customer service rep there named Shannon.  I told her what had happened, she then checked their shipping database and realized that UPS had screwed up the scanning of the packages at time of shipping.  She was really helpful and sent out the exact same order of 12 inkjet cartridges right away.

I thought that I would have to wait another 7-10 business days to receive my order, but 2 days later I got a notice from my neighbourhood post office that a package had arrived for me.  It was the ink cartrigde order and I was impressed with the speedy delivery.

Anyway, I’m satisfied with the customer service experience with 123inkjets.com, this was just a one time mistake and I will be a customer of theirs for as long as I need ink cartridges.
