Corporations:Keep-My-Data-Out-of-the-U.S. Clause

Due to the recent NSA spying on just about everybody in the U.S and abroad, Corporations that want to set up shop in the U.S or not “do not” want to have their data stored in any U.S.A controlled region of the world.

Any data stored in United States or areas controlled by U.S.A like Puerto Rico by corporations and organizations is subject to be NSA spying or with the stroke of a pen, the U.S government can take a peak into the data of companies and individuals.

This doesn’t bode well for U.S tech companies that provide storage service in the cloud (internet) or any service that stores your private information in the cloud.
