Over the last decade there has been millions of calls to Canada, Australia and America where these call centers from India would call unsuspecting people and try to get them to allow “remote desktop sharing” on their Microsoft Windows machines. The key give away is a person from the call center with an Indian accent and they would introduce themselves with an “english / western” name, of course this is fake and all to make you feel more comfortable.

Tuesday, March 10th, 2015Spy Software On New Hard Drives from US and Japanese Manufacturers – Scary
Tuesday, February 17th, 2015
New discovery by Kapersky anti-virus software company, shows that spying software has been placed on firmwares of hard drives which collects and reports information to the NSA. A former NSA employee has confirmed this finding.
Basically, this is yet another back-door that can be used to spy on the entire world, as you go about your business typing MS word, PowerPoint and other personal documents and store it on your hard drive, thinking it is safe and secure, but in-fact the backdoor may be reporting your work to spy agencies.
Blackberry SmartPhones Are Still The Most Secure from Hackers – U.S Gov & Military Uses Blackberry
Wednesday, January 28th, 2015
It never surprises me how the general population can be tricked to give up their security and privacy for “trinkets”. It’s basic psychology, give a person something (shiny object) tell them that it is special, it will make you feel special, it is high-end luxury, people will like you more, you will fit in if you have this object. Then on the flipside that person believes it, it fuels their ego and will give up their security and privacy.
Corporations:Keep-My-Data-Out-of-the-U.S. Clause

Due to the recent NSA spying on just about everybody in the U.S and abroad, Corporations that want to set up shop in the U.S or not “do not” want to have their data stored in any U.S.A controlled region of the world.
Any data stored in United States or areas controlled by U.S.A like Puerto Rico by corporations and organizations is subject to be NSA spying or with the stroke of a pen, the U.S government can take a peak into the data of companies and individuals.
2 million Internet accounts on Facebook, Twitter, ADP others hit by mass hack on dumb passwords
Tuesday, December 10th, 2013
Out of all the sites mentioned ADP is the one I would worry about most. Think about it , all your personal info on ADP like social insurance number, bank account and the general info can be used big time by identity thieves.
These days, there is so much sensitive data online, it’s quite sad when companies cannot get their security perimeter right.

SCAM (Indian Tech Support Exposed) – Lots of SCAMS Coming From India Nowadays
Monday, October 21st, 2013Indian Call Centre and Computer Scam OPERATING WORLD WIDE
Quite often, the person calling will try to mask their India accents and try to use English names to convince you that he/she is from somewhere in North America or Europe.
Over the last several years, there have been tons of SCAMS from India call centers that target peoples PCs, stealing credit card information (this happened to me), bank account information and identity theft.
