Looking at the my FireFox browser, which default homepage is Yahoo, I can see clearly the the swine flu outbreak has taken over the headlines. When, I go to other other websites like MSN and even to my local area news websites like the Toronto Star, it’s always on the front page and this reminded me of the S.A.R.S incident back in 2003 where Toronto and Hong Kong was affected hard.

I had a really old pc sitting downstairs in the basement, and was thinking about chucking it in the garbage, but then I thought I could revive or breath new life into it somehow, and use it as strictly a downloading machine (Bit Torrent) and Secure (SSH) file server.
The old pc specification is as follows:
CPU / Processor: Intel 433Mhz
RAM / Memory: 320MB
Video: Onboard video
Hard Drive: 8GB
Network Card: 10Mbps (connected by wire to router)

Here is a funny video that was recently shared with me by a friend. It is called “Sony Piece Of Shit” and it was a spoof done by the Onion News Network a while back. I found this video spoof extremely funny, because there actually is a lot of products out there that corporations are selling that is too complicated to explain to their customers. A product where a potential customer ask “What does your product do?”, and after explaining the technology to the potential customer, the answer still leaves them dazed and confused.
