Just want to share with my visitors / readers about a recent upgrade that I have done on my Acer Laptop model 3680-2682. The Acer 3680 laptop transformation continues, so far I have upgraded the memory (RAM) from standard 512MB to 1.6GB of RAM now, and then I toasted Windows Vista causes it sucks, and installed Windows XP SP2.

Now Taipei 101 is currently the world’s tallest building / structure, but that will be changing within a year, as Dubai is currently constructing a structure that is much taller.

My Beef With Windows Vista After 6 Months Of Using The Operating System
Tuesday, February 12th, 2008Back in late August of last year I purchased an Acer Aspire 3680 – 2682 laptop from Walmart in southern California which came with Windows Vista Home. You can read up on the specifications here. The only reason why I left the Windows Vista operating system on it was because I didn’t want to hunt down and install of all the device drivers over again, if I had replaced it with Windows XP.

When I was on vacation in southern California, I bought an Acer Aspire 3680-2682 laptop at a Walmart in Colton, California. It was actually on my list of things to buy while I was on vacation, simply because there was no way to get a brand new laptop anywhere in Toronto for less than $460.00 CAD plus 14 percent GST and PST (provincial tax).
