After working with Windows Vista for the past little while, I’m pretty much fed up, this was after installing Vista SP1. I read about some of the improvements in Windows Vista with SP1 on the internet, so I decided to installed it, but as described below it didn’t quite work out.

Just got back from my Shanghai and Malaysia vacation. Shanghai was awesome in terms of sight seeing and learning about its history and Malaysia as always is tropical and seeing a motorcycle grand-prix (MotoGP) live was truly an amazing experience. The getaway was just what I needed to recharge my batteries.

The Ultimate Taiwan Guide will continue and be finished soon. I’ve been so busy lately, with work and preparing for my vacation to Shanghai, and Malaysia. I’m really looking forward to Malaysia where I would be watching the motorcycle Grand Prix – MotoGP at the Malaysia Sepang F1 Circuit.

A good friend of mine (DJ Lee Tamus) recently, just got into mixing dance music, in particular Trance which is a genre of electronic music that I thoroughly enjoy. He sent me his first mix, a 46 minute set of some trance music from a few years back until today so the songs are not that old. I listened to it, and it’s actually pretty good, a good mix of some vocal trance all the way to hard progressive trance. The mixing is O.K, but needs a little improvement. He will also be setting up a web site soon, I know his mixing (djaying) will improve by then.

On a recent business trip , I visited one of the my company’s largest customer…Boeing. Yes, that is right the airplane company. Basically, Boeing’s business for the company I currently work for is more than a quarter of a million dollar a year, so of course we have to pay them a visit and treat them well.

I’ve been out of the market since March 2008 and for a good reason. The subprime financial mess has far and wide reaching ripples effects which is now causing more and more problems for the financial markets.
Today, Lehman Brother files for bankruptcy and Merrill Lynch was forced to sell itself to Bank of America for $50 billion in stock, sending the U.S stock markets tumbling and investor confidence down with it.
